Enterprise project management

Enterprise Project Management, in broad terms, is the field of organizational development that supports organizations in managing integrally and adapting themselves to the changes of a transformation.

Portfolio, Programme & Project Management Maturity Model

Portfolio, Programme & Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3) In 2003 the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) released their first draft of a Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3). The model has been refined and was formally published in February 2006 after incorporating latest CMMIŽ best practices and after consultation with interested consultants, practitioners and the OGC's accreditation partner APM Group.

Problem solving

Problem solving forms part of thinking. Considered the most complex of all intellectual functions, problem solving has been defined as higher-order cognitive process that requires the modulation and control of more routine or fundamental skills (McCarthy & Worthington, 1990). It occurs if an organism or an artificial intelligence system does not know how to proceed from a given state to a desired goal state. It is part of the larger problem process that includes problem finding and problem shaping.

Functional requirements

Functional requirements define the internal workings of the software: that is, the calculations, technical details, data manipulation and processing, and other specific functionality that show how the use cases are to be satisfied. They are supported by non-functional requirements, which impose constraints on the design or implementation (such as performance requirements, quality standards, or design constraints).
