Ik denk dat de topic maps standaard voor het onsluiten van de content de domeinmodellen zoals die nu gemaakt worden zeker gebruikt kan worden.
Ontopia, waar de schrijver van het stuk werkt heeft hier een mooie oplossing voor. Voor het beslisbomen deel zou dit ook kunnen, maar met meer moeite.
Omdat het om een open standaard gaat zijn er meerdere tools die topic maps inzetten, http://www.topicmap.com/topicmap/tools.html
Wolters Kluwer Belgie wordt door Mondeca overigens genoemd als gebruiker.
